lets see.
I changed the config file to have the DRM as a module, instead of it being build in, and for me this works.
Thing is, I don’t know what this would mean to other users who use the generic Xorg, might not make a difference, but I cannot tell.
Anyone know? |

Can you test this? Put your original xorg.conf or remove it, and unload the module. Then try to start X and see if the module is autoinserted. |

that worked for me, *but* I do have the proprietary drivers installed at time of testing.
