Support

The projects in the cAos Foundation not only offer direct support in the form of updates (both bug fixes and security related), but also facilitated support models (we provide the mechanism, and the community provides the support). The support models include both traditional Open Source support models as well as commercial support offered by our partners. You can follow these links above.

By not offering support services directly allows us to remain as a donations based, unbiased non-profit. This does however mean that we are very donation dependent as it is our only form of revenue to sustain the project. Please visit the contributing section of this site for more information.
